Real estate, builders and event boards on 3mm or 5mm corflute, any size.
Most Sunshine Coast sign suppliers make you fill in a form and wait. The panel above prices your corflute the moment you pick a size, a thickness and how many you need, with GST and standard Australia-wide delivery already in the number.
Corflute is the cheapest way to put a big, weatherproof message in front of people. It is a fluted polypropylene board, so it will not soak up rain, warp or rot the way a printed board on ply or MDF does. We print it with UV inks that hold their colour through a Queensland summer.
Here is a real ladder for the most common real estate and site size, 900 x 600mm, 5mm board, printed one side. These are the prices the calculator returns today.
| Quantity | Total | Per sign |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $148 | $148.00 |
| 10 | $245 | $24.50 |
| 25 | $443 | $17.72 |
| 50 | $734 | $14.68 |
| 100 | $1,262 | $12.62 |
Corflute pricing is dominated by press setup, not board. That is why one sign is $148 and ten are $245. If you think you will need more within a few months, print them in the same run.
Smaller boards start lower again, from $140 for a single 600 x 450mm sign in 3mm. Change any option in the calculator above and the price updates immediately.
3mm is the standard real estate and event board. It is light, it cable-ties to a fence in seconds, and it is the cheapest per sign. Use it for anything that comes down inside six months, or anything you will be moving around.
5mm is noticeably stiffer. Choose it for boards over about 900mm on the long edge, for anything screwed to a frame or a star picket, and for signs that will sit in a windy spot. The price difference is small, often only a few dollars a sign, and a floppy board in a coastal breeze looks cheap no matter how good the artwork is.
600 x 450mm, 600 x 900mm, 900 x 600mm, 900 x 1200mm and 1200 x 900mm all price instantly in the calculator. Anything outside that, including full 2400 x 1200 sheets and odd shapes, we quote. Ask and we will come back with a number, usually the same business day.
If people only approach your sign from one direction, print one side. If it sits on a corner, between two lanes of traffic, or on a freestanding frame, print both. Double sided is not double the price because the board and the handling are the same.
For Sale, Sold, Open Home, Auction Today and Under Offer boards. Agents from Caloundra through to Noosa order these in tens, because a board that lasts one campaign has done its job.
Site identification, safety notices and lot signage. There is a lot of it going up right now across Aura, Baringa, Nirimba, Palmview and Harmony, and corflute survives a build far better than a printed board.
Fete and open day signs, enrolment boards, working bee notices, sponsor boards on a fence. Cheap enough to print a set, tough enough to store and reuse next year.
Directional signage, stallholder boards and parking arrows for events at Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Kawana and Noosa. Light enough to carry in a car boot.
The classic corflute job. Booth signs, fence signs and A-frame inserts, printed in volume so the per-sign cost drops right down.
Now Open, Now Hiring, promotions and seasonal offers. Change the message as often as you like at this price point.
Pick size, thickness, sides and quantity above. The number you see is the number you pay.
Press-ready PDF is ideal. If you only have a logo and an idea, say so and we will set it up for you.
A person checks your file, then you get a digital proof. Nothing goes on press until you approve it.
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days, then courier Australia-wide. Local Sunshine Coast jobs we often run out ourselves.
Corflute is read from a distance, usually from a moving car. Keep the message to a few words, make the phone number enormous, and put your strongest contrast between the text and the background. Small print is wasted on a road sign.

12 to 24 months in Queensland sun. We print with UV inks that resist fading, and the board itself is polypropylene so rain does not affect it. Signs in full afternoon sun age faster than signs in shade, and darker colours show fading before lighter ones.
A single 900 x 600mm sign in 5mm is $148 including GST and delivery. Ten of the same sign are $245, which is $24.50 each, and one hundred are $1,262, which is $12.62 each. Smaller 600 x 450mm boards start from $140. Setup is most of the cost, so quantity brings the per-sign price down sharply.
Use 3mm for standard real estate and event boards that cable-tie to a fence. Use 5mm for anything longer than about 900mm, anything mounted to a frame or star picket, and anything in a windy or exposed position. The price difference is only a few dollars a sign.
600 x 450mm, 600 x 900mm, 900 x 600mm, 900 x 1200mm and 1200 x 900mm all price instantly on this page. We also print full 2400 x 1200 sheets and custom shapes, which we quote on request.
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days from artwork approval, then delivery. Every effort is made to get your job onto the press for the dispatch shown. On the odd occasion a press or freight delay pushes it out, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Yes. Signs go by courier Australia-wide, and local Sunshine Coast deliveries we often run out ourselves. We do not offer pickup from Baringa.
Eyelets are available on request rather than by default. Tell us where you want them and mark the positions on your artwork file. Most fence-mounted signs use four corner eyelets and cable ties.

Always. A person checks your artwork, then you get a digital proof to approve. Nothing goes on press until you say yes.
Corflute is polypropylene, plastic type 5, and is recyclable where your local facility accepts it. It is not accepted in most kerbside bins on the Sunshine Coast, so check with your council or drop it at a commercial recycler.
Yes, but each different artwork is treated as its own run because the press has to be set up again. If you need ten Open Home and ten Auction Today, ask us to quote it as one job and we will tell you where the break-even sits.
