A branded bag is a moving billboard, and it is the one promotional item people keep using in public. We hold 75 of them: cotton totes, jute, non-woven, cooler bags, drawstring packs and backpacks, with live stock and instant pricing.
75 products in this range, 60 in stock right now. Prices below are per unit before decoration. Open any product to price your own quantity with setup included.
Price includes decoration setup. Delivery quoted separately.
100 paper show bags with a one colour print come to $249 plus GST, which is $2.49 each including setup. A cotton tote sits around $4 to $8 each at 100 units. Cooler bags run from about $6 to $22 depending on size and insulation. Backpacks start higher again. Every bag here has a calculator, so put your own numbers in rather than working off a range.
Non-woven polypropylene is the cheapest reusable bag and the one you see at expos. Cotton and canvas cost more and get kept for years, which is the point of buying them. Jute looks premium and reads as environmentally conscious. Paper suits retail and event show bags where the bag is not meant to last. Twenty-two of the bags here carry an eco flag if that matters to your brief.
Most fabric bags are screen printed, which gives bold flat ink and is the cheapest option for one or two colours. If your logo has gradients or a photograph, a digital transfer handles it, and the price goes up. Large prints across a whole bag panel cost more than a small chest-height logo, so the size of your print area is a real cost lever.
Printing the second side is another setup and roughly doubles the decoration charge. It is worth it when the bag is going into a crowd and will be seen from both directions, like an expo or a market. It is usually not worth it on a retail bag where only one side faces out.
Satchels handed out at the door. Every attendee then carries your logo around the room all day for everyone else to see.
Paper and cotton bags at the counter. Sunshine Coast markets and boutiques use these instead of plain plastic and get the branding for free.
Delegate bags holding the program, a pen and a notebook. Ordering the whole kit together is cheaper and simpler than three separate jobs.
Book bags, library bags and fete merchandise. Cotton, washable and cheap enough to sell at cost.
Cooler bags as settlement gifts, and tote bags for property packs at open homes.
Reusable bags for community days and waste education programs, where jute and recycled cotton do the talking.

You get a visual showing your logo in position and at size on the actual product. Nothing is decorated until you approve it.
Standard production is about seven to ten working days after approval, plus freight. Tell us your deadline up front and we will only quote what can make it.
Send a vector file: EPS, AI or PDF with the fonts outlined. A JPG or PNG taken off a website cannot be screen printed or engraved cleanly at product size. Send your brand colours as Pantone references too, because decoration is colour matched to Pantone rather than CMYK, and a colour that looks right on screen will not necessarily mix the same in ink.
Decoration areas are smaller than people expect. If your logo has fine detail, small type or a tagline, it may need simplifying to survive at 35mm wide. We will tell you before you commit, and you will see it on the mockup at actual size. If all you have is a low resolution logo, say so and we will redraw it.
A cotton tote with a one colour screen print is usually $4 to $8 each at 100 units including setup. Non-woven bags come in cheaper, jute and canvas come in higher. The calculator on each bag gives you the real number for your quantity.
Non-woven polypropylene and paper show bags. They start around $2.50 each at 100 units with a print. They are not built to last for years, which is fine when the job is an expo or a one day event.
Cotton and jute if the bag will actually be reused many times, because the footprint of making them is only repaid through use. Recycled non-woven if you need volume at low cost. Twenty-two of the bags here carry an eco flag, and we will point you at the right one rather than the one with the best marketing.
Yes, using a digital transfer rather than a screen print. It costs more per unit and suits smaller runs. Send us the artwork early so we can confirm it will hold up at the size you want.
Usually 50 or 100 units depending on the product. Each bag shows its own first break in the quantity selector.
About seven to ten working days for standard production after artwork approval, plus freight. Faster services are available on many lines.
Yes. It adds a second setup and a second decoration charge, so the cost per bag goes up. Worth it in a crowd, not usually worth it at a retail counter.
