Straight or curved fabric backdrops for events, launches and step-and-repeats. Made on the Sunshine Coast, delivered Australia-wide.
A media wall is the backdrop every photo from your event ends up in front of. Choose a size and whether you need the frame, and the price is on screen with GST and standard Australia-wide delivery included.
The graphic is tensioned fabric stretched over a collapsible aluminium frame. Fabric matters here: it does not glare under a camera flash the way a vinyl banner does, it washes, and it packs into a bag instead of a tube. That is why step-and-repeat walls are fabric and not PVC.
| Size | Frame, graphic & bag | Graphic only | Frame only |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2000 × 2000mm | $483 | $200 | $283 |
| 2300 × 2300mm | $542 | $259 | $283 |
| 3000 × 2400mm | $628 | $345 | $283 |
| 3048 × 2438mm | $638 | $355 | $355 |
The frame is the same price across most sizes because it is adjustable. That is the important number on this page: buy the frame once, and every future event costs you only the graphic, from $200.
2000 × 2000mm fits two or three people in shot and suits a corner of a room, a small stand or a shopfront. It is the size most small businesses actually need.
2300 × 2300mm is the comfortable step up. Room for a group without anyone standing outside the branding, and still a one-person carry.
3000 × 2400mm and 3048 × 2438mm are proper event walls. Use them for red carpet style step-and-repeats, award nights, a wall behind a stage, or a full stand back wall at an expo. The 3048 × 2438 is the imperial 10ft by 8ft size, which is what most exhibition stand plans are drawn to.
The frame pushes together from sections, the fabric pulls over it like a fitted sheet and zips at the base. Two people and a few minutes with no tools. Take the fabric off for transport, because the frame travels in the bag alongside it.
The graphic washes. Cold hand wash, no bleach, hang it to dry and put it straight back on the frame, and any creases pull out under tension. That is the practical advantage of fabric over vinyl for something that gets handled by a lot of people.
Building a whole stand rather than just a backdrop? See exhibition displays for how the pieces fit together, and pull up banners for the flanks.
The classic step-and-repeat. Every photo taken on the night carries your branding, and those photos get posted by other people.
Turns any room into a branded space for the cost of one backdrop, without touching the venue's walls.
The back wall of a 3 x 3 stand. Pair it with pull up banners and a printed tablecloth for a complete stand.
Presentation nights, sponsor walls and post-match interviews. Buy the frame once and reprint the sponsor graphic each season.
Photo backdrops and welcome walls for venues on the Coast that want a repeatable setup rather than fresh styling every time.
A clean branded background for video, interviews and social content, that folds away when the room goes back to being an office.
The fabric wraps around the frame before it zips, so the outer edge of your artwork disappears around the back. That is what the generous bleed and safe area are for, and it is the most common thing designers miss on a first media wall.
Every file is checked by a person against the exact frame you have ordered, and you approve a digital proof before it prints.
A few minutes with two people and no tools. The aluminium frame pushes together from sections, the printed fabric pulls over it like a fitted sheet and zips closed at the base. Packing down is the same in reverse and everything goes into one carry bag.
A 2000 x 2000mm wall with the frame, graphic and carry bag is $483 including GST and delivery. 2300 x 2300mm is $542, 3000 x 2400mm is $628 and 3048 x 2438mm is $638. A replacement graphic on its own starts at $200.
Yes, and that is the best value on this page. The frame is adjustable and costs the same across most sizes, so buy it once and every future event costs you only the graphic from $200. Clubs reprint the sponsor wall each season and keep the same frame for years.

Fabric does not glare under a camera flash, which matters enormously for a backdrop that exists to be photographed. It also washes, and it packs into a bag rather than a tube. Creases pull out under tension when you put it back on the frame.
Repeat the logo across the whole wall rather than centring one big one. A step-and-repeat works because whoever stands in front of it, and wherever the photographer crops, a complete logo is still in frame. Two different logos is the sensible maximum.
The fabric wraps around the frame before it zips, so the outer edge disappears around the back. Allow 50mm bleed and keep anything important 100mm in from every edge. Also keep the lowest 400mm plain, because people stand in front of it.

It is designed as an indoor product. A large flat surface acts as a sail, so outdoors it needs to be sheltered and weighted, and we would not recommend it in open wind. For outdoor branding use hemmed vinyl banners, teardrop flags or an A-frame.
Yes, curved and straight configurations are both available, and a curve reads as more premium behind a speaker or a product. Tell us the footprint you have to work with and we will quote it.
