Branded merchandise with live pricing and live stock

Most promotional suppliers send you a PDF catalogue and make you email for a price. Every one of the 835 products above carries its own price breaks, its own decoration options and its real supplier stock level, so you can work out what 250 branded bottles cost before you speak to anyone.

Promotional product pricing has three parts, and understanding them is most of the job. There is the product itself, the decoration, and the setup. Setup is charged once per colour per position, which is why 100 pens cost so much more each than 1,000 pens, and why adding a second print colour costs more than doubling the quantity.

What is in the range

Forty-seven categories, from twenty cent giveaways to premium corporate gifts over four hundred dollars. The median product sits around three dollars, which is the price point most Sunshine Coast businesses actually buy at.

88 products in the range are Australian Made, and more than 120 are flagged as eco-friendly, which matters if you are supplying to councils, schools or tender work where that gets asked.

How the decoration works

There are 188 different decoration methods across the catalogue, but in practice you will meet six of them.

  • Pad print is the most common, available on 366 products. It presses ink onto small curved or uneven surfaces, so it is what puts a logo on a pen, a stress ball or a bottle lid. Best with simple, solid-colour logos.
  • Screen print lays down thick, vivid ink on flat or cylindrical surfaces. Ideal for bags, tees and drinkware. One screen per colour, so a three-colour logo costs three setups.
  • Direct digital print prints full colour straight onto the product. Use it when your logo has gradients or photographs that screen printing cannot reproduce.
  • Laser engraving burns into the surface rather than adding ink, so it never wears off. It gives you the product's own material colour, not your brand colour. The premium look on metal drinkware, pens and tools.
  • Full colour sublimation dyes the whole surface. Best for fabric and for anything you want covered edge to edge rather than badged with a logo.
  • Digital transfer applies a printed film. Good for complex full-colour logos on apparel and bags in smaller quantities.

If you are not sure which suits your logo, send it to us. A single-colour vector logo will work with almost anything. A logo with a photograph or a gradient rules out pad and screen printing straight away, and that is worth knowing before you fall in love with a product.

Reading the price on screen

Open any product and you get its real quantity breaks, its decoration options and its production service levels. Promotional prices are quoted excluding GST and excluding delivery, which is the industry norm and is different from the print products on this site, where GST and standard delivery are included. Delivery is quoted separately because a pallet of bags and a satchel of pens are not the same freight job.

Stock levels come from the supplier feed. Treat them as a strong indicator rather than a reservation, because stock moves nationally and nothing is held for you until an order is placed. If your job is date-critical, tell us and we will confirm the stock is really there before you commit.

What Sunshine Coast businesses actually order

Trades and construction

Branded hi-vis, caps, drink bottles and tape measures. Workwear that identifies the crew on site does two jobs at once, and it is cheap advertising on every job in the estate.

Cafes and hospitality

Reusable keep cups, tote bags and staff tees. Drinkware is the highest-repeat category we sell, because customers keep using it.

Real estate

Closing gifts, open home giveaways and branded keyrings. Spend a little more per unit and less on volume, because these go to people who already know your name.

Schools and clubs

Fundraising merchandise, presentation gifts, uniforms and event bags. Quantity is usually known in advance, which is the ideal case for good price breaks.

Expo and conference

Conference bags, lanyards, notebooks and something small enough to hand to everyone who walks past. Order these together with your stand print and save on freight.

Corporate gifting

End of year and thank-you gifts where the product has to feel worth having. Laser engraved drinkware and quality notebooks do the heavy lifting here.

Ask us to lock it in

We confirm live stock, exact decoration cost for your logo, and freight to your address.

Approve a mockup

You get a visual of your logo on the product, in position and at size, before anything is decorated.

Production and delivery

Standard production runs to a service level you choose at quote time. Faster services cost more per unit and we will show you both.

Getting your logo ready

The single thing that slows a promotional order down is artwork. Send a vector file, an EPS, AI or PDF with the fonts outlined. A JPG or a PNG pulled off a website cannot be engraved or screen printed cleanly at any size.

It also helps to know your brand colours as Pantone references rather than as a screenshot. Decoration is matched to Pantone, not to CMYK, and "the blue from our website" is not something a screen printer can mix.

If all you have is a low-resolution logo, say so early. Redrawing a logo as vector is a small job, and it is far cheaper than a thousand units decorated badly.

Frequently asked questions

How many promotional products do you offer?

835 products across 47 categories, from twenty cent giveaways to premium corporate gifts over four hundred dollars. Every one of them shows its own price breaks, decoration options and supplier stock level on this page, so you can price a job before contacting anyone.

Are the prices on this page including GST?

No. Promotional product prices are shown excluding GST and excluding delivery, which is the industry standard for merchandise. That is different from the print products elsewhere on this site, where GST and standard Australia-wide delivery are included in the price you see.

Why is delivery quoted separately on promotional products?

Because the freight varies enormously. A satchel of pens and a pallet of cooler bags are not the same delivery job. We quote freight to your actual address once we know the product and quantity, rather than baking an average into every price.

Why do 100 units cost so much more each than 1,000?

Setup. Decoration setup is charged once per colour per position regardless of how many units you order, so on a small run the setup is most of what you pay. Doubling your quantity rarely doubles your cost. Adding a second print colour, on the other hand, adds another setup.

Which decoration method should I choose?

Pad print for small curved surfaces like pens and bottle lids. Screen print for bold ink on bags, tees and drinkware. Direct digital or digital transfer when your logo has gradients or photographs. Laser engraving for a permanent premium finish on metal, which shows the material's own colour rather than your brand colour. Full colour sublimation when you want the whole surface covered.

What file do you need for my logo?

A vector file, so EPS, AI or PDF with fonts outlined. A JPG or PNG taken from a website cannot be engraved or screen printed cleanly. It also helps to know your brand colours as Pantone references, because decoration is colour-matched to Pantone rather than CMYK.

Can I see my logo on the product before it is made?

Yes. You approve a visual mockup showing your logo in position and at size before anything is decorated. Nothing goes into production without that approval.

Is the stock shown on this page guaranteed?

It comes from the supplier feed and is a strong indicator, not a reservation. Stock moves nationally and nothing is held until an order is placed. If your job has a hard deadline, tell us and we will confirm the stock before you commit.

Do you have Australian Made options?

Yes, 88 products in the range are Australian Made, and more than 120 are flagged as eco-friendly. That matters if you are supplying to councils, schools or tender work where those questions get asked.

What is the minimum order?

It varies by product and is shown in each product's quantity breaks. Most items start around 100 units, though some premium and corporate gift lines go lower. Below the first break the setup cost usually makes the per-unit price hard to justify.

How long does a promotional order take?

Each product offers service levels at quote time, typically around seven to ten working days for standard production once artwork is approved, plus freight. Faster services are available on many lines at a higher unit price, and we will show you both so you can decide.

Can you do branded apparel and uniforms?

Yes. There are 46 products in the apparel category here covering tees, polos, hi-vis and headwear, and we work with additional apparel suppliers beyond this catalogue. Tell us what you need, the sizes and the decoration and we will quote it.

Can I combine promotional products with my printing order?

Yes, and it is usually worth doing for an expo or an event. Ordering your stand print, brochures and merchandise together means one conversation, one set of deadlines and one delivery rather than three.
