Ceramic mugs are the classic desk mug and the cheapest way to get a big print area. Reusable coffee cups are what cafes and eco-minded businesses want, and they get carried in public rather than sitting in a kitchen. Travel mugs and double wall tumblers cost more and read as a proper gift, so they suit staff and client giving rather than mass handouts.
A mug gives you far more decoration space than a pen or a bottle, which means a full logo with a tagline actually works. Wrap prints that go right around the mug are available on many lines and cost more, but they look like a designed product rather than a stamped one.
Most ceramic mugs here are dishwasher and microwave safe, and the product detail confirms it. Printed decoration will wear over years of daily dishwasher use. Reusable plastic cups are usually top rack only, and travel mugs with a vacuum wall should not go in the microwave at all.
Reusable cups sold at the counter with your own branding, which cuts single use waste and puts your name on the street.
New starter kits. A decent mug on day one costs very little and lasts the whole time they work for you.
Paired with a coffee voucher or a bag of local beans. One of the few gifts that gets used every single morning.
Kitchen mugs that stop the mismatched op shop collection and quietly brand the space.
A mug with the agency logo in a settlement hamper, alongside the bottle and the tote.
Clubs and schools selling branded mugs at events, where the margin is better than most merchandise lines.

Send a vector file: EPS, AI or PDF with the fonts outlined. A JPG or PNG taken off a website cannot be screen printed or engraved cleanly at product size. Send your brand colours as Pantone references too, because decoration is colour matched to Pantone rather than CMYK, and a colour that looks right on screen will not necessarily mix the same in ink.
Decoration areas are smaller than people expect. If your logo has fine detail, small type or a tagline, it may need simplifying to survive at 35mm wide. We will tell you before you commit, and you will see it on the mockup at actual size. If all you have is a low resolution logo, say so and we will redraw it.
A standard ceramic mug with a one colour print is usually $6 to $11 each at 100 units with the setup included. Reusable coffee cups and travel mugs run higher. The calculator on each product gives you a real figure for your quantity.
Yes. Ceramic mugs take full colour decoration well because the surface is flat and glazed. It costs more than a one colour print and the calculator shows both options.
Most are, and the product detail says so per item. Expect a printed logo to fade slowly with daily dishwasher use. If you need it to survive years of that, ask us about the options with fired-on decoration.
Usually 50 or 100 units. Some premium lines go lower. Each product shows its own first break.
Yes, including double wall cups with silicone lids and bands. These are the ones cafes buy for retail, and they are also the ones that get carried in public rather than left in an office kitchen.
About seven to ten working days for standard production once artwork is approved, plus freight. Mugs are packed carefully so freight costs a little more than flat items.
On many lines yes. It costs more than a single position print, and it needs artwork built to the right shape. Send your logo as a vector and we will lay it out for approval before anything is printed.
