What branded drink bottles cost

A real price you can hold us to

100 Ember 700ml plastic bottles with a one colour print works out at $531 plus GST, which is $5.31 each with setup included. Stainless steel and double wall vacuum bottles sit higher, usually between $12 and $30 each depending on size and lid. Every bottle here has its own calculator, so you can put in your own quantity instead of guessing from a range.

Plastic or stainless steel

Plastic bottles are light, cheap and good for events, gyms, schools and giveaways. Stainless steel bottles cost several times more but they get treated as a real gift, and a vacuum wall one keeps a drink cold all day in a Queensland summer. If it is going to a client rather than a crowd, steel is usually the better spend.

Print or engrave

Plastic bottles are screen printed or pad printed in one or two colours. Stainless bottles can be printed the same way, or laser engraved. Engraving is permanent and will not scratch off in a dishwasher, but it shows the metal underneath rather than your brand colour, so a coloured logo becomes a silver or bare metal mark. Both are shown as decoration options in the calculator.

Dishwasher, BPA and lids

Most bottles here are BPA free, and the product detail tells you when a bottle is dishwasher safe. Printed decoration on a bottle that goes through a dishwasher every day will fade eventually, which is another reason engraving suits steel. Lid style matters more than people expect: flip lids and straw lids suit gyms and kids, screw lids suit site work and travel.

What the Coast uses branded bottles for

Gyms and sporting clubs

Membership packs, season presentations and canteen sales. Clubs often print the sponsor on one side and the club logo on the other.

Schools

Year level fundraising, swimming carnivals and enrolment packs. Plastic, dishwasher safe and cheap enough to replace when it is left on the bus.

Trades and construction

Site crews in summer. A large steel bottle with the company logo is a genuinely useful bit of kit rather than a token.

Corporate gifts and onboarding

New starter packs and client thank-yous. This is where the vacuum steel bottles earn their price.

Events and fun runs

Handed out at the finish line with the sponsor logos on them, and still in the car six months later.

Cafes and health businesses

Reusable cups and bottles sold at the counter with your own branding, which turns a giveaway into a revenue line.

We produce and deliver

Standard production is about seven to ten working days after approval, plus freight. Tell us your deadline up front and we will only quote what can make it.

Artwork for promotional products

Send a vector file: EPS, AI or PDF with the fonts outlined. A JPG or PNG taken off a website cannot be screen printed or engraved cleanly at product size. Send your brand colours as Pantone references too, because decoration is colour matched to Pantone rather than CMYK, and a colour that looks right on screen will not necessarily mix the same in ink.

Decoration areas are smaller than people expect. If your logo has fine detail, small type or a tagline, it may need simplifying to survive at 35mm wide. We will tell you before you commit, and you will see it on the mockup at actual size. If all you have is a low resolution logo, say so and we will redraw it.

Frequently asked questions

How much are 100 branded water bottles?

A plastic bottle with a one colour print lands around $5 to $7 each at 100 units, so roughly $500 to $700 plus GST for the run. Stainless steel is typically $12 to $30 each depending on size, wall and lid. Use the calculator on any bottle here for a real figure on your quantity.

Can drink bottles go in the dishwasher?

Many can, and the product detail says so. Keep in mind that a printed logo will fade over time with daily dishwasher use. If the bottle needs to survive years of that, choose a stainless bottle and laser engraving instead of print.

Should I print or engrave a steel bottle?

Print if your logo needs to be in your brand colours. Engrave if you want it permanent and premium and you are happy for the mark to show as bare metal. Engraving costs about the same as printing on most lines, so it is a look decision more than a money one.

Are your bottles BPA free?

The vast majority are, and the product description confirms it per item. If BPA free is a requirement for a school or council job, tell us and we will only quote lines that state it.

What is the minimum order on drink bottles?

Usually 50 or 100 units depending on the product, and the first break is shown on each item. Steel bottles sometimes go lower because the unit price is higher.

How long do branded bottles take?

Around seven to ten working days for standard production after artwork approval, plus freight. Faster services are available on many lines and are shown as an option in the calculator.

Can you match my exact brand colour?

On printed decoration yes, matched to a Pantone reference. On engraving no, because engraving removes the surface rather than adding ink. Send us your Pantone codes with your logo.
