A notebook is the promotional item people take into meetings, which means your logo is on the table in front of someone else’s client. We hold journals, spiral notebooks, compendiums and sticky note sets, priced live.

Price includes decoration setup. Delivery quoted separately.
100 recycled journal books with a one colour print come to $408 plus GST, which is $4.08 each including setup. A basic spiral notepad sits lower, around $2.50 to $4. A leather-look compendium with a pen loop and a zip runs $18 to $35. Every notebook here has its own calculator.
Soft cover notebooks are the everyday option and where most conference orders land. Hard cover journals with an elastic closure feel like a real notebook someone bought for themselves, and they get kept longer. Compendiums with a pad, a pen loop and card slots are a corporate gift rather than a giveaway, and they are priced accordingly.
Most notebooks are pad printed or screen printed in one colour on the front cover. Debossing presses your logo into the cover material without ink, which looks restrained and expensive, and it suits leather-look and PU covers. Full colour printing works on paper and card covers. The calculator shows what each product actually offers.
Notebooks and pens get ordered together more often than any other pair in this catalogue, because they go in the same satchel. Ordering them in the one job means one artwork approval, one delivery and one conversation. It usually also gets you over a price break on both.
Delegate notebooks with the pen, in the branded tote. The three items are almost always bought together.
Accountants, lawyers and consultants handing a client a notebook at the start of an engagement.
Onboarding kits where a notebook, a pen and a mug make the first day feel organised.
Orientation packs, leadership programs and staff professional development days.
Compendiums for client meetings, where the folder itself signals that the meeting is a serious one.
Workshops and consultation sessions, where recycled paper stock is usually part of the brief.

You get a visual showing your logo in position and at size on the actual product. Nothing is decorated until you approve it.
Standard production is about seven to ten working days after approval, plus freight. Tell us your deadline up front and we will only quote what can make it.
Send a vector file: EPS, AI or PDF with the fonts outlined. A JPG or PNG taken off a website cannot be screen printed or engraved cleanly at product size. Send your brand colours as Pantone references too, because decoration is colour matched to Pantone rather than CMYK, and a colour that looks right on screen will not necessarily mix the same in ink.
Decoration areas are smaller than people expect. If your logo has fine detail, small type or a tagline, it may need simplifying to survive at 35mm wide. We will tell you before you commit, and you will see it on the mockup at actual size. If all you have is a low resolution logo, say so and we will redraw it.
A soft cover notebook with a one colour print is usually $4 to $8 each at 100 units including setup. Hard cover journals run higher, and compendiums are a different class again at $18 to $35. The calculator on each product gives you a real figure.
Your logo is pressed into the cover material with a heated die instead of printed with ink. There is no colour, just the impression, which is why it reads as understated and premium. It works on PU, leather-look and soft touch covers and not on paper ones.
Yes. Seventeen of the notebooks here carry an eco flag, covering recycled paper stock, kraft covers, cork and stone paper. If you are supplying to a council, a school or a tender, these are the ones worth quoting.
On paper and card covers yes. On PU and leather-look covers, one colour printing or debossing is the realistic option. We will tell you which your chosen notebook can actually do.
Usually 50 or 100 units depending on the notebook. Compendiums often go as low as 25 because the unit price is much higher.
About seven to ten working days for standard production after artwork approval, plus freight.
Usually yes. They go in the same satchel, they share the same artwork approval and the same delivery, and combining the two often pushes both over a better price break.
