TERMS OF TRADE

These Terms of Trade apply to every quote we give and every order we accept. By placing an order with Aura Print & Promo ("we", "us", "our") you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Prices displayed on our website include GST unless clearly marked otherwise. A tax invoice is provided for every order.
• Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities and artwork supplied at the time of quoting. Changes to any of these may change the price.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors on the website or in a quote before accepting an order.

2. Payment

• Payment in full is required before production commences on every order, without exception.
• We accept payment by credit or debit card and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders enter production once funds have cleared in our account.
• We do not offer credit accounts or payment terms.
• Turnaround times are counted from the later of cleared payment and final artwork approval, whichever comes last.

3. Artwork and proofing

• Production begins only after you have approved the final proof and paid in full.
• You are responsible for checking proofs carefully, including spelling, dates, phone numbers, layout and colours. Once a proof is approved, we print what you approved, and errors present in the approved proof are your responsibility.
• Artwork must be supplied to our specifications. If supplied artwork is not print ready, we will let you know; artwork corrections or setup may incur an additional charge that we will quote first.
• You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos, images and text you supply, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from material you supply.

4. Colour and quantity tolerances

• Printed colour can vary between screens, print runs, stocks and processes. Reasonable colour variation from what appears on your monitor, or between reprints, is a normal characteristic of commercial printing and is not a defect.
• In line with industry practice, delivered quantities may vary by up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity and are deemed to fulfil the order.

5. Turnaround and delivery

• Production turnaround times are estimates given in good faith. Express and same or next day options are only offered on products where they are genuinely available.
• Delivery is by third party carriers Australia-wide. Once goods are delivered to the address you supply, risk in the goods passes to you.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, but we will always help chase a late consignment.

6. Cancellations and changes

• Because every job is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has commenced.
• If you cancel after payment but before production commences, we will refund your payment less any costs already incurred (such as artwork or setup work).

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
• If we get it wrong, we will make it right. Please see our Refund & Reprint Policy for how claims work.

8. General

• Goods remain our property until paid for in full. As payment precedes production, title passes on delivery.
• Our liability for any claim is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
