LOGO EMBROIDERY SUNSHINE COAST

Embroidery is the finish most businesses want on a uniform. Your logo is stitched into the fabric, so it does not crack, peel or fade in the wash. We embroider polos, caps, business shirts, jackets, aprons and workwear for teams across the Sunshine Coast, and you can see the garment prices online before you ask for a quote.

What embroidery suits

Uniforms that have to last

A stitched logo outlasts the garment it is on. That is why embroidery is the default for polos, business shirts and workwear that go through a wash every week. There is nothing sitting on the surface to lift or crack.

Caps and headwear

Embroidery is the go to for a cap front. It holds its shape on a structured cap and looks sharp from across a room. Wide logos work best, because height is the tight limit on a cap panel.

A professional finish

Embroidery reads as a uniform rather than merch. A small, clean chest logo on a polo or business shirt is what most real estate, trade, café and office teams choose.

What embroidery costs

The stitch count sets the price

Embroidery is priced on how many stitches your logo needs, not just how wide it is. A simple text logo stitches quickly. A dense logo with large filled areas takes longer and costs more. As a guide, embroidery starts from $15.50 a garment inc GST at the lowest stitch count, plus the garment.

Digitising is paid once

Before a machine can stitch your logo, it has to be turned into a stitch file. That is called digitising. It is a one off fee of $68 inc GST per logo. We keep the file on record, so your reorders and new starters do not pay it again.

Garment prices are on the website

Most embroidery shops on the Coast ask you to request a quote before you see any price. We show the garment price on every style in the shop, with bulk savings from 10 pieces. Your logo is then quoted on top, once we have seen the artwork.

How ordering works

Tell us what you need

Pick the garments below and send them through, or just describe the job. Headcount, rough sizes, how many logo positions and your deadline are enough to start.

We quote it properly

We price the garment, the decoration and the freight to your address as one number, and we confirm the real minimum order and lead time for your job rather than a general one.

Approve your mockup

You get a visual showing your logo in position and at actual size on the garment you chose. Nothing is stitched or pressed until you approve it.

We produce and deliver

As a guide, ten to fifteen business days from artwork approval, plus freight. The clock starts at approval, not at order, and supplier stock is the usual cause of a delay.

Local to the Sunshine Coast

We work with businesses, clubs and churches right across the Sunshine Coast: Caloundra, Baringa and Aura, Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Nambour, Coolum, Noosa, Beerwah and the hinterland. We deliver Caloundra orders ourselves. Most other orders go by courier, and we send Australia wide. We are Sunshine Coast owned, and we meet customers face to face when a job needs it.

We now handle the embroidery for Xpresso Mobile Café, a national mobile coffee franchise we already print menus and cards for. You can read about that work, and our other local jobs, on our work page.

Local uniform pages: Caloundra and Baringa and Landsborough and the hinterland.

Frequently asked questions

How much does logo embroidery cost on the Sunshine Coast?

As a guide, embroidery starts from $15.50 per garment inc GST at the lowest stitch count, plus the garment itself. Digitising is a one off $68 inc GST per logo. Larger or denser logos cost more, so we confirm your price once we have seen the artwork.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

As a guide, around 10 to 12 garments on a new logo, and often a single garment on a reorder once your file is on record. Caps usually hold about 12. We confirm the real minimum for your job on the quote.

Do I pay digitising every time I order?

No. Digitising is paid once per logo. We keep the stitch file, so reorders and new staff shirts do not pay it again.

Can you embroider garments I already have?

Often, yes. Tell us the garment and fabric when you ask for a quote. Some garments, such as very stretchy or textured fabrics, do not take embroidery well, and we will say so before you commit.

Can you embroider hi vis workwear?

Yes, on the chest or a clear panel. We never stitch over reflective tape, because that damages how the tape performs. We check the plan against the exact garment before quoting.

How long does embroidery take?

As a guide, 10 to 15 business days from when you approve the artwork, plus freight. The clock starts at approval, not at order, and garment stock is the most common cause of a delay.

Will I see my logo before it is stitched?

Always. You get a mockup showing your logo in position and at actual size on the garment you chose. Nothing is stitched until you approve it.

Ready to kit out the team?

Send us the headcount, the garments you like and your deadline. We will come back with a real number, including freight to your address.
