On business cards, flyers and business stationery we dispatch the same business day when the job is ordered, the proof approved and the invoice paid by 8am. By 12pm and it dispatches the next business day. Everything else runs standard, which is 3-5 business days. Call 1300 291 277 before you commit and we will confirm what is genuinely possible today.

There are two, and three things have to be done by them: the order placed, the proof approved and the job paid for. All three by 8am dispatches the same business day on eligible products. All three by 12pm dispatches the next business day. We take payment before production, so an unpaid job cannot go to the press. After 12pm the clock starts the following business day. Standard production has no cut-off and takes 3-5 business days. Ring 1300 291 277 if you are close to a cut-off.

Because your file comes through us first. We preflight every job by hand, build your proof and load it into the press queue, and that takes time we would rather build in than gamble with. Our 8am and 12pm cut-offs give us that room, so when we say it dispatches today, it does.

Wide format signage, banners, promotional products and premium finishes like Spot UV and foil need longer in production. We will always give you an honest turnaround before you commit.

Print-ready PDF artwork with 3mm bleed, supplied as early in the day as possible. Our team preflights every file by hand, and you approve a proof before anything prints.

We do not run a pickup counter, so everything is delivered. Most jobs go by courier, and local Sunshine Coast deliveries we often do ourselves. Tell us your deadline when you book and we will tell you the earliest realistic date.
